Automated Clearing House
Automated Clearing House (ACH) for pre-authorized debits and credits to your checking or savings accounts. For example, many insurance companies will automatically take the payments from your checking account and an investment firm will credit your checking account for your investment dividends. To have these payments directed to your NCFCU account, all you need is our routing number (055080295) and your Credit Union Member number exactly as it appears on your statement along with the appropriate account suffix for checking or savings. Be sure you know who you are dealing with before allowing anyone to debit your account!
Supervisory Committee
The Supervisory Committee is available to assist members if you have any concerns with NCFCU. The primary duty of National Capital Federal Credit Union's Supervisory Committee is to conduct or contract for an annual audit of the financial condition, practices and procedures of the credit union to ensure the safety and soundness of its accounting in conformance with generally accepted accounting practices. The Supervisory Committee, appointed by your Board of Directors, from among members of the credit union, serves as a "watchdog" for you, the members, investigating member disputes with the credit union. If you have any concerns with your credit union or that you feel you are not adequately dealt with by the credit union's extremely competent staff, do not hesitate to contact your Supervisory Committee.
